I feel like I’ve been on speed the past several days and weeks. There’s been little rest amidst the business of life. Tonight I’m grateful for a little peace and quiet at the end of an intense week. I’m catching up on shows I’ve DVR’d and sipping wine after Ava has gone to bed, Donovon is consumed with a new video game, and Alexa is out with friends. It feels luxurious, and I’m savoring every moment.
